Certainty

The only certainty in going to Court is that there is no certainty.

The only certainty in Mediation is that 80% of disputes settle on the day of the Mediation and of those that do not settle, 20% settle within a week. Those are revealing statistics.

The point when a Party has that lightbulb moment in a Mediation and realises that there is a way forward in their dispute is something which cannot be replicated in any other environment. The power is deciding your own future is something which cannot be underestimated.
