OurRole
Our role as Mediators is to use our skill and experience to facilitate resolution. We do not decide anything but will listen carefully to everything that is said and use the information to assist Parties in building a solution with which they are comfortable. We will not provide legal advice. We will ensure that there is a suitable atmosphere for resolution which is the welcome outcome in more than 90% of Mediations.
